Within minutes I received a follow up to get the information with either a phone call or email. I was blown away that we could have this happen and with a reasonable price to do so.
The associate at TEC was in constant contact with me throughout the whole process. We were able to get this item delivered the very next day just after noon on a Sunday at the customer’s facility. The technician was able to complete his job and get back in time for the break.
